ImagineNative Film Festival

This Thursday, Technology Design students from Downsview S.S. will be viewing several films at the ImaginNative Film Festival at the TIFF Lightbox in Toronto! The students that also created the film for Mikisew School will also be attending.

We are really excited about seeing several original films, and hearing about how they came to be! I'm sure we'll all learn a lot from this experience.

We actually discovered the film festival because the Director of Education for Cross Lake Education Authority will be in Toronto to see some of the films. We are excited to meet with the Director before our visit to Cross Lake. Everything just seems to be coming together!
